Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.
A gentle, soothing massage using massage oil infused with CBD (26 mg of CBD hemp extract per 1 oz of oil) to reduce the stress response and inflammation, calm the mind, and ease muscle and joint pain.
A gentle, soothing massage using high quality DoTerra essential oils to relax the mind and body while stimulating your body's own innate healing processes.
Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is a holistic healing modality that promotes movement of energy (chi) in the internal organs. By going to the source of where we hold our lived experience, traumas or patterns, CNT can lead to deep healing and awareness on many levels. CNT, combined with techniques from Thai Massage, can open up the entire body so that dense or contracted energy which may be manifesting as physical or emotional pain can ultimately heal.
full body fascia blasting
What is fascia?
Fascia is a continuous layer of connective tissue that covers all your muscles, bones, organs, and nerves. It’s mostly made of collagen, and it helps to give form to your body and helps your body parts move. Fascia attaches, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs, allowing these structures to slide and move through the body.
When fascia is healthy, it’s flexible enough to twist, glide, and bend. But inflammation and trauma can tighten the fascia, causing pain. Additionally, fascia contains many nerves that are sensitive to pain.
Fascia blasting is hands-on manipulation that works to loosen tissue, break up adhesions, increasing blood flow and releasing fat cells so they can be eliminated naturally.
The treatment alternates fascial tissue work using a combination of body oil, FascialBlaster ® Collection tools, hot towels and therapeutic massage.
